I have our upcoming reunion Event set up. When I go into the Event Planner and edit the event, PayPal radio box is on, Offline Payment Method is set to Yes, and the check box to pay at the door is also checked. However when users go to check out, only the PayPal option is available.

Last thing I recall is that Paypal no longer functions with CC. Also Paypal has changed the rules because of changes in the law for reporting. Go to Paypal to review what you have to do now.

Hi Jim,

You need to assign the payment method you wish to allow on each Ticket/Activity under Event Planner > Quick Links > Edit This Event.

Once you edit and save and continue each ticket/activity you will need to Publish the changes at the top of the page.
