Delay in eCheck processing?

Hi there, I have requested a bank transfer to be issued on 10/4 (a Saturday, I know) and it is now 7 business days later. I can see that another bank transfer I requested on 10/8 is scheduled to be issued on 10/15, but I am concerned about the earlier one. Please advise-- Andrea

Hi Andrea, I'm checking with our echeck provider and will email you after I speak with them. I know some transactions were delayed by Monday being a banking holiday. I see all prior transactions completed so I'm certain the banking information is correct and not a factor. Jessica

Hi Jessica-- I haven't seen an email yet. The 10/15 transfer was processed, but not the one on 10/4. Any updates? Our reunion is tonight and there are some bills that will need to be paid soon. Thanks,
