I was just notified that a classmate wanted to change password. They received a notice that a link was sent to the email address after pressing password reset. But never received the link. As administration I did not receive her password request or her “contact us” message she sent as I have in the past. I have also had a problem receiving an email when I send a test message to myself prior to sending it as a mass email.I also did not receive the mass email after sending it.
