I set up a simple Survey and answered the questions. Everything worked as expected. Given this was a test of the Survey, is there a way to purge the Survey result?

You can't delete the results for that survey - you can change your answers if you wish by going back to the live survey as a user but you can't delete the entry as an admin. You can create a new survey if those questions were just test questions. Jessica

My two cents is that being able to delete some or all of the results would be a good feature. Some of our users want to try out the survey to see how it flows and we will then modify it. It's a fair bit of trouble to redo the whole survey once we get agreement on it.

Hi Kate, I was wrong in my response above. I see you found the other post about this where we did at some point add a way for admins to delete the prior responses to clear them. I'm adding it here for anyone who finds this post rather than the other post. Within Survey Maker choose Stats and then at the bottom select show/hide members who have responded and you will get an option to delete. Jessica

So far, I can find where I can delete each persons entry; one at a time then restarts all over. What about a purge all. For instance, the previous data is from our 50th year reunion and now collecting new data for a 60th. Any method to purge all the data?

It would be best to create a new Survey for the 60th. You can add the same or similar questions. You can add as many surveys as you wish. You don't need to reuse an old survey. Jessica

Even if you keep the questions the same in the new survey, I find it's helpful to retain the old surveys, to see which classmates responded and what they said.
