"My email bounced" message

several weeks ago I received a msg on home page on logging in that "Your email has bounced. Action required." "Action" is to verify/update my email (done several times) then "Send a verification email to ... me" (done several times). However, I have yet to receive a verification email. it's a hotmail.com email address if that matters. I'm the admin for our site and have two alternate emails so I'm not missing site activity but I can't figure out why the "Send verification email" is not working. Even after deleting my email from the bounced email list, re-entering my email in my profile, saving it, resending the verification email. Still no email verification showing up in my inbox/junk/spam folders from CC to my hotmail email address. Thoughts? Thanks.

Hi Mark,

I cleared the bounce which may have been a temporary issue and sent a new password reset link to see if tha comes through. You don't have to reset it is just a test email.
