We have started adding classes photos to all profiles and this activity ends up on the What's New page, and I don't want it there. When I go to edit pages and hover of the What's New page I have two options, Edit Line, or Preview. In preview I can delete a class photo but only and then have to click edit pages again. But did delete for everyone or just me... ??

Hi David, As the admin you have the ability to remove any post on the What's New page and it removes it for everyone. I removed a few on the page to test to be certain and it removes it for everyone. You can remove them in preview mode: https://www.garlandowls1969.com/class_whats_new.cfm?preview=y&rr=56388 Jessica

The problem is, I can only delete one, then I have go back to the main menu, edit pages, and start over. How can I delete more than just one. Your message says you removed a few, I can only delete one, if I delete one, and then delete the next and the next, then open the page only one was deleted..

Hi David, I see what you mean. I had deleted one and then checked the profile to make sure it was still listed there and then went back to the page and deleted another one. I went ahead and cleared the obvious ones that were all Name added a profile photo to their gallery that was a yearbook photo and then left all of the other entries on What's New. If you are adding more maybe add one and then go back to the what's new page to delete it and then add another. Jessica
