Need help please. I thought I had created a fillable PDF file for the registration form, but apparently not. Could someone tell how to do it so it can be filled out online. Thanks

Not sure of the intent. The PDF file (with a format that has user fields that can be entered by a user) can't be processed by CC. After the user completes the fillable areas the final file has to be sent to you. Is that what you intended?

I guess I forgot to "save" earlier comment? Do you mean to how to download the file or to see the PDF and download the file on a page? To see, then download is easy. You make a "link" that points to the PDF. For example, here's the code for a PDF from OUR filevault. If you go to the file vault from the editor and click on the file, that gives you the link. You will have something similar with your URL and filename. To see a PDF AHEAD of time is a bit more code. I can post that if you are interested.

Sample PDF that shows and also can be downloaded. Modify to YOUR PDF of course. There are various similar. Browsers have advanced for showing PDF and downloading a lot since I first did this many years ago. This is the simplest today. This is LINK showing PDF as coded above.

Screenshot_20261004-041927.png It is all messed up. I've been the form for a couple of years with no problem. But, it is showing two different formats. Desktops/laptops show the pdf, however, cellphones are showing just a plain form. See attached Thanks for any help.

What is your form supposed to look like? Can you attach the actual PDF or give a link so I can see what you mean. I see the my PDF on both Desktop and Phone, although phone is different in how it interacts. There are various ways to display PDFs. I just picked the simplest one first. Google QVIEW version is pretty much the same for me on Desktop and Phone (Android). I am using Responsive Design that is way better vs you older "Classic" design that does not adapt at all to different screen sizes. Here's a sample page that has alternate ways of showing the same PDF displays I did a long time ago. Might be confusing. How does that look to you on your phone? Various methods showing a PDF. They are not the same code for each one.
