I added a photo gallery for 1971 55th reunion and chose to let any classmate upload photos. I have had 5 classmates and a teacher upload photos. One person (Starr Holbrook Anderson) has always taken photos for the events for all classes and she has uploaded photos to our website many times, but it is not letting her upload photos. She is also a co-administrator and has gallery creator checked under her profile. I purchased 100MB of extra file vault space prior to her trying to upload her photos and we are at 97.7% of our 1600MB but it isn't even allowing her to upload 1 photo. I checked the forum and it said there is no limit to the number of galleries you can create. Is there a limit to the number of classmates that can upload photos to one gallery?
Can you tell me what may be prohibiting her from uploading photos. Is it possible to buy file vault space in a larger quantity? I know she has well over a 100 photos. (She tried uploading a dozen or even one in case size was an issue, but they still wouldn't upload)

I am having the same issue. I too just paid for more space and have plenty left to load photos from our reunion as well. It goes 100%, with just 6 six photos and nothing. Tried it at least 5 times. I even turned off my VPN. Nothing. Did you ever get an answer from Class Creator??

I have never not gotten a response from the admins before, but they never answered this nor the message I called and left.

I finally got the photos from the lady trying to upload them and discovered there were a few that were in HEIC format (which is an apple format, I believe). Once I removed those from the upload it worked fine.

I found online where you change the format of those to JPEG, so I asked her to do that and she was able to upload the rest.
I would check the format. It never gave an error warning, it appeared to be uploading, but didn't do anything so I am assuming those that were not in the correct format was blocking the entire upload.

Thank you!! I appreciate the advice! I will try that tomorrow and see if can download them. As a backup, I will also make a Power Point presentation and from there create a video and a PDF file too.
