Having issues trying to add a new person in to the system.
It does not allow you to put in a password therefore, the new person can’t do anything without being able to login.

We do not get any emails from class. creator nothing. There’s no phone number to call with problems. This is unacceptable for class creator system with all problems where nothing gets resolved.
Sending an email to you does not work either!

You add their name under

Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/edit Classmates > Add Member at the top of the page. You only need to add a password for them if they are non-displaying guests, otherwise l they would just go to the Classmate Profiles page and find their name to join the site.

Have you tested emails recently? We are working on a major email server upgrade and are mostly transitioned over with a few tweaks likely but we are already seeing improvements. There were a few reported issues like the status updates for hotmail that we have left active on the top of Admin Forums and the Contact Us page.
