Received Bounceback for a deceased classmate listed In Memory. Should this be ignored or is there something I should do?

Hi Elena, Can you give me more details - first initial of their first name and their full last name so I can check into this? Jessica

The bounce back happened 12/23/19 before they were added to In Memory. I removed it from the list and verified no emails have gone out to that address since 12/23/19 when it initially bounced. Jessica

I am finding some deceased people on my Bounceback list too. I just went in and deleted their email address.

Hi Judy, You might want to check to make sure that email is not assigned to another classmate (husband and wife sharing an address) or that there isn't two entries for the classmate. Emails shouldn't go out once they are assigned to In Memory. Jessica
