When I click on my site it gives me a warning that it is not secure. I thought I was up-to-date on all that I have paid for. Could you please check on this for me. Thank you

Hi Debbie, You are up to date. The certificate is working for me. Can you close your browser and open it again and try again? I cleared some failed connections. Jessica

Have a complaint from one user (so far) that sounds identical: site warning at log-in re not being secure. Per the thread on this topic I instructed the user to log-off, shut-down and restart then let me know if that security warning glitch reappeared. Is there a technically legit 'reason' behind why this has happened -- and if for just these two instances (sound unlikely). 'Glitch' doesn't tell us why, how widespread nor what the generic system-level solution/fix is so we don't have to tell everyone to shut-down and re-boot...

We recently received updated server root certificates that are occasionally sent by the certificate providers. It is possible some users have a cached/saved connection to the old root certificate as all certificates are verified by verifying the server/root certificate chain as well. The update of the root server certificates is rare - it sounds like a few users systems may need to make sure they are pulling the most current certificates. There are several ways their system can cache/save the connection 1. Locally in their browser which would be corrected by resetting their browser
I just ran tests on every certificate on the server and all of them are valid and using the correct root certificates so everyone should be able to pull the most current certificates as long as their system isn't caching the old one. They may also want to double check to make sure their web browsers are up-to-date while they are at it as some users do not auto-update their web browsers and they should be updated to keep up with security updates. Jessica
