"Email the Class" function is Not Working

Hello,

I am having a technical situation with our RHS website. Yesterday morning (4-29-26) I sent an "Email the Class" notification as a "test" to myself. Yesterday afternoon (4-29-26) I sent another "Email the Class" notification to one of our classmates. 24 hours later, None of these two notifications have been received by either one of us.

Secondly, a classmate used "Contact Us" to sent a message to the administrator. He generated (4) separate "Contact Us" requests yesterday afternoon. As the administrator I have not received any of the four "Contact Us" requests.

Please look into this as the "Email the Class" notification I attempted to send is not working and the "Contact Us" for the administrator is not working either.

Well now, today around 3pm (MST) I (magically) received RHS notification tests and Contact US messages. Some 24 to 28 hours later. Is any one else having this problem with late notifications and Contact Us classmate messages?

UPDATE:
4-29-26 (5:42 pm) Sent: "Email the Class" Message
5-1-26 (8:52 am) Received: "Email the Class" Message

It took (39)Thirty-nine HOurs 1 -1/2 days to receive the email from ClassCreator

4-30-26 (5:05 pm) Sent: Another "Email the Class" Message
5-01-26 to present (19 hours) Not received - Still Waiting

I am surprised no one, not even Jessica has responded to this untimely delay in receiving "Email the Class" messages.

I am having the problem.
Two messages I sent the class never reached anyone. Upper Darby High School class of 1966

Cheryl,
Yes, the loss of communication with your classmates when you have paid hard earned money for a service that the seller is not delivering is a very sad state of affairs.

I have reason to believe the "newly tested by Microsoft email server" just launched a few of months ago is at the root of this problem. It just ain't working.

UPDATE:
Today 5-2-26 (6:36 pm) Classmate said he has still not received the "Email the Class" Notification sent 4-30-26. This make two whole days (48 hours) without delivery. This lack of service is nothing short of horrible!

It is bad business for CC to ignore administrators who need help or assistance. The owner should think about the potential loss of income that CC may suffer once subscribers start changing to a different service due to lack of service.
