Hi,
I have a classmate for whom I set up a profile because he wasn't listed. I made a mistake with the profile, deleted it, and created a new one. Now he isn't listed on the class roster on his end, but I can see him on my end.

I remember seeing a page where, one time, they could enter their name, and it took them to the profile to finish setting up.

Can someone please check it out? Do I list his name here or in a private message?

That page where they can find and click on their name to join is the Missing Classmates page. They (and you) can view that set of pages on your site by clicking on "Join Here" on your home page.

He isn't showing on the missing classmates list (see attached). I set up a profile page with his name & year of graduation. His name shows if I do a search, but when he searches for his name, it doesn't show.

Is there any way to add him back to "Missing Classmates" and delete his profile I created?

Hi Catherine,

Your classmate profiles page is set to require a login to view it so the only place they can join is the missing classmates page. I'm unclear if you have joined on their behalf - if you haven't their name should still be listed under the Missing Classmates area.

You can delete and re-add any name under

Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates.
