Long time admin for my class of 1965 website. We are planning to open our forthcoming 60th reunion formal dinner and dance to two classes preceding and following our; i.e. 64, 64 and 66 and 67. I know that I can add people to the website for limited access, but I need to allow people to register for a specific reunion event via a form and pay for the event online using our linked paypal account. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks. Jim Davis

Hi Jim, In order to register for an event on the site the user does need to be a member of the site. Your site is completely locked down to non-registered classmates so they would also need your system password to join. Once joined they can register. You could instead send them to a PayPal form that you create within PayPal with some basic questions regarding registration, however, they would not have access to the site for details and communication with each other and they would not be tracked in the Event Planner reports etc. so it is better to have them as members of the site.
