Our class has a custom email address that we would like to access via Webmail. Is this possible? I can't find any directions relating to this.

You will be able to in about a week or so. We are in the process of upgrading the mail system. We are running tests on it this week and and if all goes well we will be starting the process of moving platinum users over to the new system next week. The new mail system does have webmail.

More details will be available to admins for platinum next week.

Thank you, Jessica. I thought I was losing my mind because I can't find any way to get to our custom emails. The Outlook directions provided on the platform have proved useless.

The new system has webmail and new settings. Everything will be included on an instruction page for all admins who have platinum emails.

Jessica, as a beta group of Platinum Email, I have a user name as jlarandeau@westside-64.com and given a temporary password 8 to access the Webmail. The log in does not work. It says Username or password is incorrect. Is the 8 as a temporary password not correct and something else. Tried various browsers just to be sure it is not on my end.
