Thank you for your reply. Have uploaded all classmate yearbook photos to the appointed yearbook space. Not easy. I wish this could be done as part of the class list upload. I have also unchecked the “then” photo option to avoid confusion. Classmates may still upload whatever other photos they wish to and label them however they like. Lots of tweaking needed in many places it seems.

Even tho no staff have responded to my inquiry, I found a mailing address on my own, by digging deeper into the Help and Tips site - would someone please verify that this address is still valid for mailing a check for a subscription. Class Creator 7869 Jackson Rd, Ste A2 Ann Arbor, MI 48103

Hi Peggy, I see that you were able to reassign it to Tim under Admin Functions > Preferences. Only the root admin can make that change so Tim will see that option no and co-admins won't see it. Jessica Class Creator Support

I have been the root administrator but would like to change it to a new person, with their permission. Where can I find the “change root administrator” option?

Our class reuinion has 3 events associated plus an option for adding a donation. One of our classmates initially registered for 2 of the events (bothwere 'free') and added a $50 donation (paid by cc). He realized he didn't register for the 3rd event so he registered again for all 3 events (the dinner paid by cash at door). I hadn't realized the cash by door was an option until he registered. So I removed it for future registrations. I told him we werent acceotin cash so he registered AGAIN for all 3 events and paid by CC. I wanted to clean up his registrations so I edited the first one (removing the 2 free events and leving the donation). I edited the 2nd registration by removing all 3 events - thinking the 3rd event would remain as i was (2 free and 1 paid with CC), When I went back in to transactins it shows a cc refund!!! And the classmates profile page only shows him attending the 2 free events and not the dinner!! How do I correct this mess?

I wonder if it does not work because it is not "active"? Try enabling that and see what happens.

That's what it shows in the profile generator. But as your earlier screen shot shows, it ends up being two radio buttons, yes and no. That's what I ended up too. It's a bit misleading in the generator. I do not have the ADMIN option. I bet if you remove the admin option (just to test), that it will work :idea:

Jessica, Here are the names of those are listed on our memory page and who I got bounce backs for. A.Banks and C. Million Please note I have already deleted then from the bounce backs list. I have tried to find all the rest of those that I received bounce backs for and I am unable to locate them. Thank, Joan

I can't test this as an 'admin only' field. I do not have that as an option. I added profile paid member yes/no question to a member, checked yes, then used the download option asking to show only the member name and this field and it all worked. I can only assume that the "admin" only option does not save?

Ray, Your screenshot shows what I presume to be the bottom of a classmate's Edit Profile page. I have attached the same for my site. As you can see I have neither a paid member nor a mail list entry. As I don't see how I could do anything like this in Profile Generator at this juncture I can only assume that those options were custom created for you by Class Creator and would be the only ones who could help you. I hope they chime in.

Sounds like the field is not being saved if set by an Admin. Report in bugs.

Scott, I imagine it has something to do with the Dues/Donation/Scholarship. Hopefully Ray will more fully describe this feature including how it was created etc so that someone on these fora will be able to help. 29,000 sure makes my 175 total pale by comparison. And the actuarial tables have reduced the number remaining to 70. And of those 70 we've lost track of 4.

FC --- On Ray's site, I see a "Dues/Donation/Scholarship" link. I'm guessing the Paid Member check box has something to do with dues and is specific to his site. The link is password protected, so I can't verify. As an aside, Ray has one of the heaviest administrative burdens of any Class Creator site, with over 29,000 members he keeps track of on his multi-year site.
