Can't find my Error on Home Pg

Hi, I'm sure this is right in front of me, but I have a large blank white space between my last gif and my Annoucement section on my Home Page, Could you please help me identify what I have done to create this. Sorry to bother you with this, but appreciate the help. Thanks, N

Nancee, It looks fine in FireFox. On Internet Explorer, URLs don't wrap, the www.journalgazette URL is causing the problems. If you change the display text from "www.journalgazette...", to "Click Here for article", it will fix your problems.
