How to cancel a domain name ?

Way back in 2010 or so I was asked to build a website for another school. They have since created a new website, and no longer want their domain name (windthorstheritage.org). How do I cancel this subscription with eNome Central? It has a few more months before it automatically renews. I have looked all over their website and can't find out how to stop the automatic renewal. Thank You.

Odd, the name could have been transferred over to their new provider. If you directly subscribed to enom (not via CC) just cancel the auto renew. Removing the credit card as a safety is suggested.

Hi Larry, I turned off auto-renew for windthorstheritage.org, however, it already renewed Dec 23, 2023 under Login ID: smopalumni and is valid through Jan 2025 Jessica
