You need to ask CC to make the Forum option active for your site.

Your "User Forums" link is the 2nd from the bottom on the Edit Site Pages page. It is currently not active.

Is this where I request that the User Forum Page be made available fot the Wayzata High School Class of '67?

Yes it is list under Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages and it is the page under the Home Page when you are ready to make it active.

Yes, just make the User Forums link password protected. This will disable it for anyone who isn't logged in.

yes, all links on Edit Site Pages, you can change the link so that it can only be accessed if the visitor is logged in.

Edit Site Pages, Edit Link, then choose "Restrict to Classmates only" and check the box. Then save the changes.
