Wikipedia: National Ice Cream Month is held in each year in July in the United States. Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month [1] and July 15, 1984 as National Ice Cream Day with Presidential Proclamation 5219[2] in 1984. He also named the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. Reagan recognized the popularity of ice cream in the United States (90% of the nation's population consumes ice cream)[2] and stated that these two events should be observed with "appropriate ceremonies and activities." http://www.latimes.com/features/food/dailydish/la-dd-national-ice-cream-day-20130719,0,3471037.story Thank you Ronald Reagan!

When a treat is in order, I have on-hand certain ingredients. I am thinking some coffee ice cream with a bit of Bailey's over it might be right for tomorrow. After all, it is an event to celebrate, right?
