There are two problems with the profile I've been generating: 1. When I'm setting up our class profile questions, there are two that appear to be in long-answer form, with room for up to 4,000 characters. There are no buttons visible to alter the format. Yet when a class member actually fills in the form, it allows only for a short (one line) answer. How can I change this? 2. There are no lines to fill in or alter the name, address, and phone fields. How can I change this? Thanks, whoever is out there to hear this plea for help! Jeanette DeVore

Which fields are we to look at? The Name, Address, Phone fields are not in the PROFILE, but in the CONTACT DETAILS.
