Nametag printing

I am printing my nametags for our reunion this weekend. My first print job went fine, but I am trying to print the nametag for those who are only attending one of the nights. When I select those and create the PDF, the pictures come out smaller than they were on the other print job. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you send us the two PDF files and the names of some of the classmates affected so we can provide documentation to the programmers?
