Password Fields Missing

Screen Shot 2012-08-06 at 7.49.56 PM.png One of my classmates Detail page doesn't have Password fields for some reason. Please see the attached screen shot.

This member also does not have the following: Joined The Site On:... that leads me to believe that they have never actually joined the site and therefore would also not have set a password.
