Cannot Find User Forums Button

The "User Forums" button is not available to me. I have gone to "Edit Site Pages" to see if is an inactive page but it is not there.

I cannot find where to start a user forum. I have watched the video and looked at advice on the forums. There is no listing anywhere even under my Edit Site Page. Help, and thanks.

It isn't added by default, only upon request. I have added them and they should appear at the bottom of the Edit Site Pages admin page.

James, Come-on, you only need to request it ONE time, not THREE. they are currently listed on your Edit Site Pages list in the Inactive state.
