Hi, I'm in the process of setting up a site for a one-off reunion next year. Since I will be away for 6 weeks early next year, I'd like to be able to allow my co-organizer to run the website while I'm away. How can I do that?

You can add her as a co-administrator by completing the following steps (we also have a help video for this at: http://www.classcreator.com/videos.cfm)

1. Log into your site and click on Manage Classmates
2. Click the "Enter/Edit Classmates Manually" button.
3. Click the Details link next to the Classmate's Name whom you wish to make an Administrator.
4. At the bottom of the details page click the checkbox to grant Administrator Privileges.

You can remain Root Administrator if you want. Only Root Administrators can add new administrators.
