Just wondering why some of the classmates emails are showing up when emailing on the site and you see their email and some you don't? And some are saying that they have to use Mircosoft Office? Why is it doing this and at random. Anyone else seeing this?

I have the simple answer for you:

If a Classmate simply hits "respond" in their own email program, now they are emailing you directly outside of your web site. Those who come back into the site and email you from there are mailing you inside the web site. So you're going to get a mix of both.

FYI, if you're wondering why we let people respond directly outside of the web site, it's because it's human nature to just click on "respond" in your own email program. If we don't send that response where it's supposed to go (i.e. directly back to you) then you don't get the response at all.
