We have recently found several teachers still alive and alert enough to understand computers; however, their arrival and updates are not appearing in the home page area for profile updates. Is this correct? I have looked everywhere thinking this might be a feature I can turn on, but to no avail.

The Profiles Updates box only shows Classmates as you've pointed out. We can add teachers though.

Adding the teacher profile updates would be apprediated by my group. Is it something you can do for us?

Yes. We can't add it right away, as we have a variety of new featuers in the works and we need to get those out the door first, but I did add this to the list as something to add to the system.

Thank you. In the meantime, I will just monitor the profiles and keep the classmates updated.
