Looks like CC banned him. See THIS topic

He was banned for having too many failed login attempts. I have un-banned him. Have him not try and try to guess his password, but to use the Forgot Password feature on the home page

I had 5 people contact me today because they were unable to access our web site. I tried also and we all get the same message:
Request Cancelled: Issue 101 [207.63.251.2]

I'm sure it's not a login issue. We can't even get to the home page. We were trying to access the site from our school district, so I'm thinking it's an issue from within the district. We've been able to access before from school. I have no problem accessing from home.

Thoughts?

The "Request Cancelled: Issue 101 [YOUR IP ADDRESS]" means failed login attempt. Their IP Address was banned. Too many guesses.

I unbanned [207.63.251.2]

Please provide other IP Addresses to unban if this happens again.

Okie dokie . . . but, I tried and couldn't get to the home page either and I hadn't been guessing. Does that mean one person tried too many times so we were all banned - I thought every computer had a different IP address? Can you tell I know nothing about IP addresses?

Every person/computer has a different IP Address. Some IP Addresses are recycled by the IP Provider (maybe comcast, etc.).

try this URL:

I'll try again tomorrow when I'm at school and see if I can login. Maybe our district recycles the IP addresses within our district. We're all at different schools in different towns and none of us could access the site. If you've unbanned the IP address, hopefully there won't be anymore problems.

Thanks, Kyle!

From what I can see, there are (at least) two ways this can happen:
(1) Someone sends a Contact Us message that is tagged as spam by Class Creator's spam filters,
(2) Someone takes too many attempts to enter a correct email address or password trying to log in.

In either case, admins should be able to see a list of blocked IP addresses, and... if it's caused by one of their members who over-fumbled their log in attempts, they should be notified when it happens - and be able to clear the block.

What is your exact message (it should show your IP Address). We cannot un-ban your IP Address if we don't know it.
