Sending a receipt

Under the Donation Manager and Funds tab, there was a toggle to send a receipt to those sending funds to our reunion. I sent several receipts which were received. That button is now gone!!

If you click on Transactions then View Receipt, there should be a button to send a receipt.

Under Donation Center Transactions, it indicates no orders found, yet The website is receiving ticket purchases for reunion events.

Hi Craig, In your case you set up everything under Products Manager. Go to the Products Manager and scroll down to Transactions and on the Receipt page for each individual there is an option to send another copy of the receipt. Receipts automatically go out when the order is placed as well. Jessica
