Can all the admins write on the forums or just the root admin? I have a secondary admin who tried to access the forums, but she said she could only read, not write, in the forums.

All Admins and all Classmates can participate in your Forum. This Admin may not have been logged in (you have to be logged in to participate). If this person is having difficulty staying logged in, have them:

1) Clear browser cookies
2) Shut down browser
3) Start browser again
4) Relog in

This will solve the problem.

Can all participate in the ClassCreator Help Forum too? Sounds like you may have been referring just to our class site forum...or does that apply to both?

No, only Site Administartors are able to log into these forums. Everybody you see posting here is an Administrator.

Okay...so can all my admins write/read here...or only the root admin?

All Admins can log in here. If somebody is having a problem logging in, most likely they are typing in a different email address and/or password from what is registered on your web site. If you tell me the Admin's name I can email him or her the corret email address and password to log in here.
