A classmate is unable to log into the website because he keeps getting a message that his e-mail address is not valid. I have confirmed that it is a valid address. His name is

Joe, you must be seeing a bounceback message for Jeff. Hopefully, CC Admin will clear the bounceback soon.

It's not a bounceback issue, Scott. I am able to send him e-mails via E-Mail The Class. For some reason, he cannot log in because the system is not recognizing his e-mail address even though I confirmed it as valid.

I sent him a password reset email. See if that helps him.
