One of my classmates cannot remember his passcode to enter the site. How can I help him? Is it best to re-create his profile..

Right on the home page of your website, there is a "Forgot Password" link that the classmate can click on. This will let them enter their e-mail address and the password will be sent to them. They will have to remember the e-mail address they signed up with. If they don't remember that, you can tell them that by looking at their profile (Manage Classmates). If the classmate has an alternate e-mail, they cannot use that e-mail address to login to the system.
