Can an Admin mark someone paid for themselves and/or a guest? If so where is the option to mark a classmate as paid.

I'm using paypal and taking checks and would like to manually mark people as paid. I can't seem to find an option in the classmate profile.

Erik,

To manually add a classmate and mark them as paid, do the following:

Reunion Planner, Attendees link
Then if you need to add the classmate, click on the ADD button at the bottom of the page. Fill out their registration, fill out their order information, then save.
If they already filled out their registration and you just need to record their check/PayPal, click in the input box next to their name and enter a check price - amount received and then click UPDATE/SAVE at the bottom of the page.

You won't find this in the Classmate Profile page, you need to go to the Reunion Planner, Attendees link.

I'm still struggling with this..
I have 40 or so people that I need to mark as paid.. All of them are in the system.
Using this method works:

but it is very time consuming...
For each classmate, I must click on reunion planner then Attendees, Add a classmate, select radio button of classmate, enter number of people, enter item bought, submit registration , click on "reunion planner" again, click on attendees again, enter paypal and amount.. then repeat the process.
Is there a group entry option. Where a use could select multiple classmates and edit the number of people, payment and payment method all at once?

That is the only way to manually add a classmate to the attendees list. If you use the Reunion Planner and choose the Credit Card option, they are added to the Attendee list automatically. If you activated your reunion page, then the classmates would enter the registration information by themselves, but since you don't have that page active, you need to do it yourself.

If you want the INVOICED AMOUNT on the Attendees page to not be "0.00", you also need to select these items for the classmate when you edit their reunion registration:
ITEMS FOR SALE:
Please select the quantity desired from the dropdown to the right of each item.
NAME OF ITEM        QUANTITY        COST
Reunion Sat Dinner Ticket               $55.00
Fun               $0.00
