Judith, The link needs to reference a website, so you need to put your domain name in front of the link, for example: And then the link will work. (there is an enhancement request in to fix this issue. The e-mail editor should be smart enough to insert the domain name if the contents is going out as an e-mail)

Kyle,
This message has been sent to you from redoaks3@yahoo.com. You can not reply directly. Click here if you wish to start a new email to redoaks3@yahoo.com." The pdf file is black and cannot be opened. It's a simple pdf file that contains our newsletter. I am an administrator but not the root administrator. Is this a possible source of the problem?

Judith, You were probably only changing the TEXT (displayable portion) of the e-mail. You would also need to change the SOURCE page and the href= portion of the e-mail. I sent you a test e-mail. Let me know if that worked. I also saved it as a DRAFT so you can send it again if you want. Well, if you are not the root admin, maybe I didn't send the test message to you. Let me try that again.... NOW I sent it to you. Let me know.
