Well, I don't mean that exactly, but my classmate Robin Reynolds Hamlin forgot her password. I was out and about and answered her email from the cell phone, saying I would change it to something---then when I went to her profile details, there is no place for me to change a password for her. Has the system locked her out or something? I have done this for numerous classmates and the password or ******** was always there and I could swipe over in and put in something and tell them.

What's different about this? Thank you!

She hasn't forgotten her password, she never had one. If you go to Manage Classmates, then type in Robin in the search field, you will see this

Robin   Reynolds (Hamlin) _____________

For the LAST LOGIN DATE column, it is blank. She has not created her profile yet. She will need to do that by clicking on her name in the Classmate Profiles page and then completing the member wizard.

Oops! I didn't check that! I finally got her on Facebook and thought I had here too. It took me awhile. I will write her immediately. Thanks! DKD
