We want to use credit card pre-pay with eCheck (direct deposit).The system asks for "payment information". Whose name and address are you looking for?

We use that information for eCheck and regular check. If you're doing direct deposit you can use the name and address of the bank account holder.

What's the difference between e-check and direct deposit? I was trying to input my bank account info, but the address stuff above it is confusing as to who that should be. Thank you,

This is just your own name and address. It isn't actually used in the ACH verification process, but if you needed to switch back and forth between payment types for any reason we need to know where to send you a paper check.
