A suggestion to share with other class admins. I added a question about how the classmate located our web site, and find this information useful to help figure out what efforts are paying off. Probably more appropriate for a new class site than one that has been around awhile.

How did you locate the new web site?
o Email from reunion committee.
o Mailing from the reunion committee.
o Contacted by another classmate: ____________________
o Contacted by non-classmate: ____________________
o Internet search: ____________________
o Other: ____________________

For our profile questions, other than the ones that automatically built in, I asked the following:

-Are you married, if so, when is your anniversary?
(I put the anniversaries on the calendar.)
-What is your spouse/partner's name?
-How did you meet your spouse/partner?
-What colleges have you attended? What degrees earned?
(This info will be used to award a prize to the most educated.)
-What is your most memorable moment from school?
-Do you own a business? If so, what is the nature of this business?
-How far will you have traveled (one way), if attending the reunion?
(This info will be used to award a prize to the classmate that travels the farthest.)
-Do you have any pets? If so, how many and what kind?
-Have you served, or are you currently serving in, the armed forces? If so, how many years have you served?
(Once the automatic question appears here-that will be tied to the American Flag icon that Brad says is coming-this question will be changed to only ask for how many years served.)
-What do you miss most about Okinawa?
(That's the Japanese island we went to school on.)
-Where have you lived since high school?
-Where you referred to this site by a fellow classmate? If so, who told you about us?
(This info will be used to determine the winner of the Classmate Challenge; the classmate that refers the most missing classmates, and they get registered on the site will win a prize at the reunion.)
-Are you interested in a 10 year reunion?(This is NOT an RSVP!)
-Tell us about your self; what have you been up to since graduation? (Regardless of how famous you are, keep this to 300 words or less!)
-Are you interested in joining the planning committee?

That's it...
