Can’t get obit on home page

From Home Page I tried to remove obit for Don Gates and add Judith Powell Boem. Cant get it to change. What am I doing wrong?

From top upper right gear icon: Select Edit Site Pages, then select In Memory and then Edit that page.

The post is an Announcement on the home page managed under Post Announcement under the Member Functions tab (The image of a person rather than the Admin Functions gear icon) or you can access it from Edit Site Pages > Home Page > Edit Page and the announcement section in the area at the top of the page where you manage home page modules.
