On the home page it states “click here to subscribe.” The cost is $9 monthly and $97 for the year. However, if you click under register Domain Name the cost is $19 per year and $36 for two years. Why are there two different subscribing costs and which one should be used?

You can create a website without having a domain name. In that case, your website would be called "www.classcreator.com/HighSchool-City-State-Year". This is what classmates would need to type in their browser to get to your website. This works just fine.

If you want a shorter domain name, (easier to remember for your classmates), then get one, but one is not required.
