Website screen shot.jpg
I created a website for my high school class and now I'm creating one for my grammar school class. The high school site had the member and user forums available on the "Edit Site Pages" area. On my grammar school site, they are not available (see attached file). Is there a place to activate these forums? I looked everywhere.

I think free "ad" sites do not have forum option.

I had an "ad site" for over a year with both forums. I only recently went to the premium plan for my high school site.

Could be they dropped them now. It was noted they were "old" several times in the past - with no future plans for them. Do not see them on any new 'ad' site as an option. CC thinks it can be replaced by WN stuff

Message Forum and User Forums have been added. Yes, they need to be requested now.

As I recall from another forum topic, there was a cutoff date after which any new site does not have the user forum as an option, unless the admin asks CC to add it in. Not sure if new "free with ad" sites can have the user forum activated upon request. Edit: I see Kyle activated the forums for standrew71.com, which is a "free with ads" site, so that answers that question.

Hi Kyle, I have a similar problem. Our "paid" site (www.flhs61.com) is an old one that has user/message forums. My new site (with ads) does not have that capability. It looks like that can be added by request. Please consider this a request to add the message forum capability to this site: www.qed-trin.com. Thank you.

Kyle, can you add "User Forums" to my high school site? Are they added as pages that can be turned on and off via the "Active" button in the "Edit Link" tab? http://www.statesvillehighclassof67.com/welcome.htm

User forums were not available for my "ad" site and did not become available when I took the site "Platinum".
