Is there any way to take the information classmates enter in their profile and easily download all classmate info to a Word or Excel template for purposes of having a printed reunion directory made?
Has anyone considered this?

Has anyone taken info from their reunion and manually created their own directory? If so, what format did you use. For my 10-year reunion, I labored with a Word document for an 8.5 x 5.5 size directory booklet. I'm trying to shorten the creation cycle time this time around.

Inputs? Thoughts? Guidance?

1) Click on Manage Classmates
2) Click on the Excel button
3) Click the Download Clasmates button
4) Open Class List in Excel

Once you have the list in Excel, you can pretty easily run mail merges, print lablels, utlize the info for reunion books, etc.
