Classmate when logged in, can access everything on the contents list----in memory, what's new, etc---but when they tap on Classmate Profiles, it comes up saying temporarily down for a short time for maintenance. They were in Classmate Profiles last Friday when it just went down and then that message came up. Now they have tried on Sat, Sun & Monday and get the same error message and will not let them in. Classmate is: Cheryl (Nordean(maiden name)) De Hart. Please help. Thank you
