One of my site administrators husbands was the "official" photographer and uploaded photos right after the reunion to the community gallery that we set up for the various events under the administrator's name. We can't seem to figure out how to delete lousy photos or add captions now that the photos are up. I am sure there is an easy way and we are just missing it. Thanks

Go go Gallery Creator and choose the "Photos" link for the Gallery in question. You will see a list of all photos - you can add captions and/or delete the photos you don't want in the gallery there.
