Good morning ....

I recently opened this HOA website for some friends in Minnesota.

This morning I received an email stating that our 7 Day Free Trial period is about to expire tomorrow.

I am I to assume that the basic website functions are no longer at no charge?

If there is now a charge for the basic, what is that amount?

This HOA does not need on line chat or the expanded file vault.

The basic Premium package is what you will require if you do not need the IM or expanded file vault space. Pricing may be found at this link: http://www.classcreator.com/pr.cfm

So....what you are saying is that there are no longer any free services available. Correct?

That is correct. There hasn't been a FREE service since 2008

Our HOA is paying $100 per month and I don't think it's nearly as good a site as Classcreator. I wanted to use Classcreator but I don't have as much pull to get it. We are getting a bargain here and the staff at Classcreator is absolutely wonderful! Great service and it's always quick.

Our HOA also had a setup fee that we had to pay up front.

As far as I know..CC was never free after 2008!....When you signed up for the site...it was clear it's just a 7 day trial...nothing is free anymore.Rolling EyesRolling EyesQuestionQuestionQuestion
CC is the best company to help you create your own website for reunion, church groups, etc etc. You can't get any cheaper or better customer service from Brad & his Bunch!!!CoolCool
