Does anyone have an easy way to create newsletters to be used for my multi year site?
Too be honest, I do not know how to use adobe to create a .pdf file.
Ideas? Suggestions?

If you can use MS Word or any other word processor, they usually have a SAVE AS... and then the choice to save as PDF.

There is also a printer-driver you can install on your computer, so when you say PRINT...., then choose the PDF Printer driver, it will ask you for a file name, then will "Print" the file to the file name you give as a PDF file. (see www.cutepdf.com OR search for "free pdf converter" to get other converters)

this is how I create a pdf of jpg, type my message in Publisher and when time to save select jpg or pdf. u can not edit either so save your original doc (publisher) for editing and then you can resave in the same pdf or jpg format.

Use a template from word.
