Hi Terry,

The BOUNCE BACK system can't tell which website sent the e-mail because that information isn't included in the actual e-mail that is sent. So what the Bounce Back system does is just find the first e-mail address that matches in the database and sends that website a bounceback e-mail.

So unfortunately, you will be receiving the bouncebacks from BOTH websites and I don't think that there is anything that can be done at the moment.

I did check both websites and the e-mail addresses are exactly the same on both sites. If you haven't let the other admin know, maybe you could let them know that the e-mail is bouncing, but that you will get the bounceback. Let the other ADMIN know that the contents of the e-mail aren't being sent to you.

BRAD (or DAVE or WHOEVER): Maybe the bounceback system can send the bounceback to ALL websites where the e-mail matches.

Where it matches the Primary e-mail or any Alternate E-mail address. (of course, you probably already know this)
