I was attempting to form a new survey. I prefaced it, and wrote 2 fill in the blank statements regarding picking a theme for the reunion. When I activated it, the Preface was there but no questions. I was sure to press 'update' after each question/statement. What did I do wrong?? Because of my dilema, I deactivated the survey until I found the answer.

Hi Barbara,

I think I have it fixed for you. I left it deactivated so you can go in and look at it before deciding if it is ready to fly.

It appears you had selected a type of answer which was not the type you were actually looking for (radio button versus one-line text box).
