How to use Reunion Planner to make a second form?

I used Reunion Planner to make our "preliminary" contact form (to gather emails and find out how many people will come to each of 3 events).

Can I use Reunion Planner (or something else) to make a SECOND reunion form (to collect "finalized" info and collect $$)?

Yes, but the first reunion will have to be archived. This means that the reunion information cannot be changed, but you can still access all of the information.

This is explained in the RESET REUNION box when you go to your Reunion Planner.
