I helped a friend set up a new CC site today:

After loading the class list, the "Missing Classmates" link finds only 4 while the "Location Unknown" in the "Where we live" box on the home page finds 12.

We defined "Missing" as either no email address or no street address.

One of your friend's classmates is deceased, but not in In Memory - Robert Henrickson. You have a Robert William Hendrickson who is marked as deceased. Both addresses are "(deceased)". The one who is "Henrickson" doesn't have a complete address, so he is marked as UNKNOWN.

You have done the same with Gayle Edwin - address is "(deceased)" in one entry and one is In Memory. Since she has an "address" of "(deceased)", she isn't listed as a Missing Classmate, but since there is no city/state/zip code, she is UNKNOWN.

Genie Griggs is also listed with address of "(deceased)", BUT she isn't in your In Memory. Maybe you want to add her.

This seems to be the pattern - all have "(deceased)" as the street address. Some of them are entered twice.
