Hey Everyone! This may be a silly question, but I am stuck. A classmate is trying to update her "residing in" question as she's updating from our 10 year reunion to our 20 year and data has changed. The question is "Active" until profile builder, but I don't see it in the profile builder list to update for her. Where do we go to update the residing in portion??

She would do it by clicking on the tab "Edit Contact Info." You could do it for her via Manage Classmates and selecting "Details."

Contact Info.JPG There is no "Residing In" field. The information that shows when a classmate's profile is normally viewed is labeled "Residing In" but is drawn from the contact info that the classmate can access via the Edit Contact Info tab or which you can access via Details in the Manage Classmates area. The screen shot you posted is showing a portion of the Profiles page. That's not where the contact information resides. The screen shot attached shows the Details page for my test member.

To expand on FC Bock's comment: How to update street address if member does it: Member Functions How to update street address if an admin does it: Admin Functions After these changes are made, they will show up on the classmate's profile (just the city and town, not the street address, due to built-in CC privacy restrictions, which are warranted).
